Accessible controls by default

Every generated field has a unique ID and a visible label. Help text is associated with aria-describedby; radio groups use fieldset and legend; required controls use native HTML validation. Generated values are escaped as text or attributes.

Add text, email, telephone, URL, number and date inputs, textareas, select menus, checkboxes or radio groups. Reorder fields with the move controls, and edit one choice per line for select and radio fields.

Preview and submission safety

The live preview is built with DOM elements; your labels and options are never inserted as executable HTML. Submitting the preview is cancelled, and no information is sent anywhere.

The generator creates front-end markup, not a submission service. Add a real endpoint and server-side validation before collecting information, especially personal or sensitive data. A blank action omits the action attribute.

For select and radio fields, enter one choice label per line. The generator creates a safe, unique value from each label while keeping the visible choice text unchanged.
